- What response times can you offer ... ?
- We offer response times to suit the needs and the budget of the customer. Typical response times might be 4 or 8hrs. We can also provide extended cover, contact us for a quote. Typically for a 4hr response we aim to get an engineer out to our clients on the same day. If a call is logged after 3pm then by the next morning.
- Why do your basic contracts exclude site visits... ?
- Onsite visits nstallations, redeploying equipment, resolving problems, or routine maintenance.
- What can we use our prebooked days for ... ?
- Your pre-purchased days may be used for any IT purpose, new installations, redeploying equipment, resolving problems, or routine maintenance.
- Which areas of the UK do you cover ... ?
- Our engineers cover all of England, Wales and the lowlands of Scotland. Other parts of the UK are covered by our partners.
- What Server operating systems do you support?
- We support Microsoft and Novell server operating systems. See the download below for a full list of operating systems covered. We do not offer support on Unix/Linux operating systems, however we can offer hardware maintenance and very happy to work with other supplier to support your Linux server.
- Which applications do you support ... ?
- We offer problem solving support on most Novell and Microsoft server, desktop and office applications. Please Click here for a full list of supported software. We work with many suppliers of third party applications to provide support to their customers
- What types of network do you support ... ?
- Any Windows based or Novell network. From single user machines to 50+ terminals on large LAN / WAN networks.
