Many faults can be solved over the telephone.  Our base engineers can offer step by step assistance in helping your staff to cure hardware and software problems, thus keeping costs and disruption down to a minimum.  This service is available to approved staff who have a minimum knowledge and experience to be able to respond effectively to telephone instructions.
