What response times can you offer ... ?: We offer response times to suit the needs and the budget of the customer. Typical response times might be 4 or 8hrs. We can also provide extended cover, contact us for a quote. Typically for a 4hr response we aim to get an engineer out to our clients on the same day. If a call is logged after 3pm then by the next morning..
Which areas of the UK do you cover ... ?: Our engineers cover all of England, Wales and the lowlands of Scotland. Other parts of the UK are covered by our partners.
What makes of Server do you support ... ?: We can support most makes of server. Brands include HP, Compaq, Dell and Intel to name but a very few. We would always carry out an assessments before taking a server on cover to ensure that we can offer the best possible service
What makes and models of workstations do you support ... ?: We can supported almost any workstation from any manufacturer. We do however always audit a site before taking it on cover to ensure we can look after all the equipment at that site.

What Server operating systems do you support?: We support Microsoft and Novell server operating systems. See the download below for a full list of operating systems covered. We do not offer support on Unix/Linux operating systems, however we can offer hardware maintenance and very happy to work with other supplier to support your Linux server.
Which applications do you support ... ?: We offer problem solving support on most Novell and Microsoft server, desktop and office applications. Please Click here for a full list of supported software. We work with many suppliers of third party applications to provide support to their customers
What types of network do you support ... ?: Any Windows based or Novell network. From single user machines to 50+ terminals on large LAN / WAN networks.

Will you install equipment we have purchased ourselves... ?: We will install any equipment (subject to inspection) from any manufacturer. We are happy to specify equipment for you and then install it after you have purchased. We can liaise with your chosen suppler to ensure you get the equipment you need. We can also install or move existing equipment to new locations
