We offer a life-saving 4 hour response service for servers and
mission-critical equipment. Our standard 8 hour
response service is available for all your equipment. Response
times and cover periods can be tailored to suit your requirements. Provision
of Loan Equipment
If one of your existing machines requires a repair that will take it
out of service for more than 24 hours, then we may provide,
totally free of charge, suitable
substitute equipment whilst the repair is completed . Our objective is to keep both your systems and business running
smoothly.
Remote & Telephone Fault Diagnosis
Many faults can be solved remotely or over the telephone. Our base engineers
can offer step by step assistance in helping your operators to cure
hardware and software problems. This, over the long
term, keeps costs and disruption down to a minimum.
Proactive Remote Monitoring
Packages include a system of remote monitoring for servers and
workstations, buy means of which we can be aware of potential problems and trends before
they affect the functioning of the system. Very often we can
resolve a problem before the user is aware of it.
Flexible Maintenance
A variety of packages are available, whether according to the
response times, ie 4 hour, or 8 hour, or 7 day; or according
to costs - ie labour only, or parts only; or period of cover -
ie quarterly, half-yearly, or annually.
