This contract is designed to meet the
needs of customers who need extended cover on their servers only.
Cover which goes well beyond standard maintenance contracts
extending to support and advice on both server and server operating
system. Typically, we include that item so often missing from
other packages - the restoration of the server to its' pre-disaster
state.
Server Plus is a fixed price support contract for your Novell/Microsoft
File Server and includes the following:

When you take out a Server Plus contract we visit your
site and perform a complete health check on your file server. You
receive a report detailing your current system specification, configuration
and resource utilisation. We check the dates on any patches/upgrades
loaded and provide you with updates as necessary.
As part of our on-going support, we give you and your staff telephone
support on all matters related to Novell NetWare/MS Windows and
give free advice on matters such as virus protection and backup strategy.
From the day that your contract starts our service team will not only
be aware of the type of equipment you have, they will also know the
exact configuration of your server, the type of backup system that
you use and all the information relative to your site, so you know
that we can get you up and running as quickly as possible. Not only
this, but unlike many contracts, we go beyond just the hardware to
restore your system to full working order.
